The Center for Leadership and Values provides resources, articles, speakers, and an extensive online database to promote discussions on value-based leadership.

The Center for Leadership and Values was formed in the School of Business at California Lutheran University in 1999.

Its primary purpose is to promote discussions of issues related to values, character, leadership and social progress both within the University and in the larger community.

To fulfill its purposes, the Center hosts speakers, serves as a clearinghouse and resource center for discussion materials, and conducts relevant research.

The Center is Co-directed by Dr. Charles Maxey, Professor and Dean of the School of Business and Dr. Jamshid Damooei, Professor of Economics.
