Graduate School of Education and School of Management Celebrate 25 Years
California Lutheran University has a long tradition of providing graduate education to professionals in the public and private sectors.
The School of Education has provided master and doctoral degrees and credentials to nearly 8,000 graduates who are working as teachers, counselors, school administrators, superintendents and college administrators.
Since the 1970s, the School of Management has prepared nearly 3,000 business professionals, entrepreneurs, managers, and community advocates. The breadth of our program offerings and delivery options have expanded over the years yet our commitment to quality teaching and to our students have remained the same.
As we celebrate the 25th Anniversary since the formation of the graduate schools and thus the change from California Lutheran College to California Lutheran University, it is fitting to announce the schools have been renamed to the Graduate School of Education and the School of Management. These new names reflect CLU's commitment to educate the next generation of educational and business leaders who will thrive in a global society.
Throughout the 25th Anniversary celebration, CLU will highlight the significant contributions our graduate schools have made in preparing professionals who make up the foundation of our communities – teachers, counselors, principals, superintendents, small business owners, community leaders, managers and entrepreneurs.
CLU values the continued support of its graduate students, alumni, staff, faculty and friends. Thank you for sharing in this celebration and partnering with us to shape the next 25 years!
