Robert Beilin, PhD, MFT

Robert L. Beilin, Ph.D., MFT teaches at the Thousand Oaks and Oxnard campuses in the Graduate Program. He has been director of a regional forensic mental health program and of the Ventura County Superior Court’s family mediation and investigation unit, in addition to teaching at several Southern California universities and colleges. He is a private practice family therapist and mediator in Ventura, and frequently provides expert testimony in family law and forensic mental health court cases. He especially enjoys teaching at Cal Lutheran, training the next generation of MFTs. Dr. Beilin also serves as the Director of the CLU Family Mediation Program, and as Assistant Director of the CLU Masters in Counseling Psychology, MFT emphasis (Oxnard Program).
