Charles Maxey, Ph.D.
Dean of the School of Management
Dr. Maxey serves as Dean of the School of Management and teaches courses in strategic management, human resources and organizational behavior. Author or co-author of numerous academic articles, he is also active as a business and litigation consultant and labor arbitrator.
His previous academic appointments were at Northwestern University, Loyola University of Chicago and the University of Southern California, where he also served as Senior Associate Dean of the Graduate School of Business.
Immediately prior to joining CLU's faculty, Dr. Maxey was visiting professor of management at the Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration in Bangkok, Thailand.
