* When you bring in your paperwork please bring the approproate ID for your I-9 which is one item from list A (e.g. Passport) or an item from list B (e.g. Driver's License) AND an item from list C (e.g. Social Security Card). If you are mailing in your paperwork please make sure you send in a notarized copy of the appropriate ID's needed for I-9. Thank you!
