About the Major

The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership is about you, and about preparing you for the important task of leading individuals, now and in the future. You will be well prepared. The CLU Organizational Leadership major is designed for individuals who would like to move forward in their organizations through better work environments, human relations, and productivity of employees.
