Having my friends there made it less embarrassing, and it is something I'll always remember." |

HOMETOWN: Sylmar, CA MAJOR: FAVORITE PLACE OFF CAMPUS: "This year during orientation, my fellow peer advisors and I created a scavenger hunt down at the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica. It was so funny because the contestants had to take pictures of different items throughout the area. The pictures created a great photo album, and I was so happy because everyone had fun!" |

My friend Kristin and I try and go there every weekend to get breakfast and coffee and sit by the water fountain. It's just a nice place to visit with a friend and watch the other people that are enjoying their coffee, too!" |
