The Presidential Scholarships
About the Presidential Scholarships
The Presidential Scholarships were established to recognize and reward graduating high school seniors in the top tier of our applicant pool who embody the University's educational and leadership goals.
Scholarships Awarded
The students who come to campus for Honors Visit Day will interview for the top scholarships offered by the University. These scholarships range from $17,000 up to full tuition for four years. The scholarships awarded through this program will replace any academic scholarship the student received at the time of admission. The scholarships are renewable for a total of four years of undergraduate education at CLU provided the student maintains a 3.0 cumulative GPA and Satisfactory Academic Progress.
Eligibility
To interview for the Presidential Scholarships, a student must be invited to the University Honors Program and attend an Honors Visit Day. In most cases, if a student submits a complete Application for Admission by January 15, and has an academic GPA of 3.75 or higher and a composite SAT score of 1150 (critical reading and math only) or a composite ACT score of 25, he/she will be invited.
