Hello everyone!
I hope you all had a most blessed Easter and that you're enjoying the lovely spring weather. I thought I'd pass along a few updates on what's going on at CLU.
First of all, the Scandinavian Festival is back! This family friendly event is scheduled on campus for this weekend (Saturday, April 18th-Sunday, April 19th) from 10am-5pm. It’s free for children under 11 and only $5 for everyone else! Stop by to enjoy the food, entertainment and demonstrations highlighting the Nordic cultures.
Next, we will be having the Inauguration of Chris Kimball as the new President of CLU. Check out the following link for more info.

Join in the fun for a day at the Santa Barbara Zoo with your family and fellow CLU alumni! This fun event will be on Friday, May 1st beginning at 10:00am. Bring a sack lunch and Alumni & Parent Relations will supply the drinks and dessert. Tickets are $11 per person and can be purchased by e-mailing or calling the office. (805-493-3170 or
Plus, mark your calendars for Homecoming and Family Weekend. It is set for October 16-18.
