Volunteer Opportunites
Alumni Board of Directors
Each year, new members are elected to serve on the Alumni Board of Directors. The Alumni Board represents the Alumni Association and serves as a bridge between the Association and the University. Board members participate in one of three committees: Development; Enrichment, Recognition & Nominating, and University Relations.
The Board meets on campus four times a year. If you would like to nominate an alumnus/a for Board service, or are interested in serving, please send an e-mail with your name and graduation year, or call (805) 493-3170.
Homecoming Committee
The Homecoming Committee plans and implements Homecoming activities including the Golf Classic, Alumni and Family Festival, and Class Reunions. If you are interested in being on this committee please send an e-mail or call (805) 493-3170.
Class Representatives
Class Representatives serve as the link between your former classmates and CLU. Help us keep people connected by providing campus updates to your class, assisting at events and recruiting volunteers, and much more! We are looking for multiple representatives for each class. Alumni Volunteer Network
Are you interested in helping recruit CLU's next generation of students? If so, then the Alumni Volunteer Network may be just for you! There are a variety of opportunities available such as participating in calling and writing campaigns to admitted students, representing CLU at college fairs in your town, and attending regional admitted student events.
