Palmer Olson

1996 Honorary Alumni

Biography as it appeared in 1996.

Palmer has been the security locksmith at CLU since 1966.  His most significant accomplishment has been 30 years of service to CLU.  Palmer has been an active participant on the CLU campus.  His esteemed activiteis include; assisting in the planning of Yam Yad in 1967; moving the old library to the new location; helping to launch Scandinavian days; and contributing as a Fellow's Circle donor and member of the Community Leaders Club.

His community activities include: founding Cub Pack 3603, Boy Scout Troop 632, Explore Troop 2662 and Conejo Valley Coin Club in 1964; serving on Property and Management Committee for Ascension Lutheran Church; and serving as president of the PI-R Square Dance Club in 1996.

Through the years, Palmer has enjoyed working with young people and the Christian atmosphere at Cal Lutheran.
