Eric Brach graduated magna cum laude from the Ben Franklin Society honors curriculum track at the University of Pennsylvania with a double major in Economics and Asian and Middle Eastern Studies. After spending a number of years freelancing while working at the intersection of business and law, including for the global consultancy McKinsey & Co., he returned to school to get his Master of Professional Writing from the University of Southern California.
Professor Brach has written widely for publishers in a number of different media. He wrote the shooting script for Mushroom Men, a video game released on the Nintendo Wii. He has also written numerous articles for Box Office magazine, including multiple features, reviews and filmmaker interviews, and wrote extensively for the print edition of The Onion.
2His publishing credits include sections of books with Little, Brown & Co. and Citizens for Global Solutions. His first feature-length book, From the Hill to the Valley: The Story of the Greatest Basketball Player Who Never Was, is slated to be released in fall 2013 by the University of Nebraska Press.
