Survey Inventory

What it is

The Survey Inventory and Calendar is an organized list of surveys administered at CLU since 1999. The information includes Month of survey administration, Survey Title, Purpose, Population, Sample response, Administration method (paper / online), Contact (e.g. Survey designer).

Purpose and Benefits

The Survey Inventory and Calendar assists the survey administrators to avoid over-surveying the University community.  Survey administrators can use the Survey Inventory and Calendar to choose a time that would decrease the number of “asks” a population would experience, and thereby minimizing survey fatigue.  The Survey Inventory and Calendar also provides information on the type of data collected, thereby eliminating the need to ask for the same type of information from the same audience. 

Survey Inventory and Calendar Log Form

The Survey Inventory and Calendar Log form is available for survey authors to electronically submit information about a survey they wish to administer.  Information from the Log Form will then be transferred to the Survey Inventory and Calendar so that an ongoing plan for surveys can be maintained.
