Each Survey item was rated by importance and satisfaction. The difference between the ratings was calculated as the “gap.”
Sophomore and Junior Undergraduate Students
2007. Students completed the 2007 Student Satisfaction Inventory Survey Instrument with 2007 Campus Items 74-83
2004. Students responded to the Noel-Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory. Five CLU SLOs and four diversity topics were written as Survey items. A sample Student Learning Outcomes item is: CLU provides an environment that allows me to gain ethical and professional judgment.
ADEP and Graduate Students
2006, Adult Degree Education Program (ADEP) and Graduate Program students responded to the Noel-Levitz Adult Student Priorities Survey. The 14 CLU SLOs were written as CLU Campus items 51-66 . A sample Student Learning Outcomes item is: My classes provide opportunities to improve my critical thinking skills (generate questions, interpret and apply information).
