The CLU Center for Economic Research and Forecasting will present its first Ventura County outlook. Registration, 7:30 a.m.; seminar, 8 - 11 a.m. Online registration, $175; registration at the door, $195. The cost includes breakfast, the presentation and a copy of the full forecast on CD.
Paz Winshtein is a Southern California resident who studied drawing and painting at Laguna College of Art and Design and California Art Institute. His body of work consists mostly of oil paintings and ink drawings.
