Stress Reduction and Relaxation Group
Come explore different ways to relieve your stress and relax, including deep breathing, meditation, guided imagery, and progressive muscle relaxation. Come as you are – no need to wear or bring anything special for this group. Open to students, staff and faculty. Feel free to drop in any Monday!
