Keynote speaker Pastor Rebecca Schlatter has spent more than 15 years creating communities of discernment in campus ministries and congregations. Many of those experiences inform her recent book, The Treasure Hunt of Your Life: Seeking Your Calling, Encountering God, Finding Yourself. In her current position as Associate Pastor at Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd in Reno, Nev., she focuses on faith formation for all ages. Previously, she served as Campus Minister for Vocation Discernment at Santa Clara University, a parish pastor in Silicon Valley, and a seminary intern in Hong Kong. A graduate of Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary, she was ordained in the ELCA in 2002.
