Project 24 & Creative Concepts
CLU Multimedia Exhibition
Now in its fourth year, Project 24 is an exhibition of the adventures of the advanced multimedia class who spent three days last semester chronicling 24 hours in the life of their school, the city of Thousand Oaks and the city of Los Angeles. The students' challenge was to take photographs, shoot videos, record thoughts, feelings, impressions, insights and discoveries - find the extraordinary in the ordinary, discover soulful stories then put it all together in a media experience. Project 24 - A Day in the Life 2010 includes designer panels, pages from the book the class put together and an immersive video wall experience.
Creative Concepts: Entire universes come to life from the inventive minds of intermediate multimedia students. Original characters, places and things are expressed in a variety of stories that are dramatic, funny, sometimes quirky but always interesting. Who knows, one day we might see one of them on the big screen.
Admission is free. The Humanities Galleria is located in Soiland Humanities Center in the first floor corridor to the right of Kwan Fong Gallery. Street parking is by permit only Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Visitor parking is available in the parking lots on Mountclef Boulevard north and south of Olsen Road.
