Communication Cafe

Ongoing every Tuesday and Thursday. Biweekly sessions to practice your English-speaking skills with English-speaking mentors who have business and academic backgrounds.

You will have the opportunity to practice any or all of the following:

• Increase your comfort level with speaking English as a second language
• Improve your spoken English skills for the classroom and for the business/workplace environment
• Develop your networking skills or social talk
• Discuss U.S. cultural differences or current events from the news
• Practice your upcoming class presentations (bring your team!)
• Debate a topic of choice
• Practice interviewing for OPT jobs and internships

Attend as often as you like. Join us and try it out!

Days: Every Tuesday and Thursday from Sept. 30 through Nov. 13.
Time: 3-4 p.m.
Location: Ullman Commons, lower level (Room 100 or patio)
