Distance Education Exams

Students who are currently enrolled at CLU and are taking courses at other Universities, may have his/her exam(s) proctored in our office pending availability.

Students must contact Tara Payne at tpayne@callutheran.edu or 805.493.3991 in order to request a Proctor. Pending availability, a test date and time will be scheduled.

Students needing accommodations for disability-related needs must be registered with the Accessibility Resource Program (ARP). Students requesting accommodations for distance education exams must also contact the ARP coordinator prior to the exam date he or she is registered for, to ensure that appropriate arrangements can be made. Once the exam has been received and a date selected, students will be directed to pay the $25 per exam fee online.

It is the student’s responsibility to contact the faculty of the distance education course to ensure test delivery either through regular mail to:
