Health and Social Change
The Health and Social Change Working Group is interdisciplinary in focus and explores the social dynamics of health, medicine, and communities. The Group meets regularly to discuss current research and emerging issues in the field, as well as applied, conceptual, and methodological concerns. Recently, the group has discussed: disability, gender and sexually-transmitted diseases, multicultural health, and organizations and bionanotechnology.
