Event Description
Anyone desiring to learn about becoming a Twilight Brigade Volunteer is welcome. The Twilight Brigade is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded in 1997. Our trained volunteers serve people with terminal illnesses and their loved ones by providing companionship and care. We visit patients at VAs, hospitals, nursing homes, hospices, and assisted living communities. The training has been accredited by the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and provides 20 hours of continuing education (CEUs) that can be applied to the educational hours required by the Board of Chaplaincy Certification, Inc. April 26-28, 2013 Friday 7 p.m.-10 p.m. Saturday 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Sunday 10 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
