2011 Hats and High Tea
On Sunday, April 10 the Community Leaders Association's High Tea was held in the beautiful hidden garden of the Plug Nickel Restaurant in Westlake Village. Over $16,000 was raised with proceeds from this elegant event funding student scholarships.
