A celebratory occasion for all graduates, family and friends. All are invited to attend for fun, food, and a chance for your family and friends to meet your classmates and faculty. Tickets ($10) are available by returning the order form to Academic Affairs. Order Form.
Saturday
Baccalaureate
8:30am, Samuelson Chapel
Baccalaureate is the religious service before Commencement. Graduation candidates wishing to attend will wear their caps and gowns ad line up at the Luther Statue in front of the Library by 8:15 am. Family and friends should go directly to the Samuelson Chapel. Seating for family and guests is on a first-come, first-seated basis.
Commencement Lineup
10:00am, Baccalaureate Candidates - in the New West courtyard, between South and Potenberg Hall
The procession begins promptly at 10:25 am. Marshals will assist with lineup and seating. Friends and family should go to the Memorial Parkway stadium entrance to be seated at this time.

Mount Clef Stadium
Tickets are not required and seating is on a first-come, first-seated basis. Please notify Wendy Perkins (493-3878) by April 14 if you or a member of your family requires handicap seating.
Picnic in the Park
12:30pm, Kingsmen Park
A festive celebration with food, fun and a mariachi band! All graduates, family and friends are invited to attend. Tickets are required for lunch. Each graduate may request one complimentary ticket. Complete and turn in the Picnic in the Park order form and return to Academic Affairs. Order Form Professional pictures will also be taken in the gazebo area.
Departmental Receptions
12:30pm, Kingsmen Park
Introduce your family and friends to your favorite faculty members. Faculty will be gathered by department in Kingsmen Park during the picnic in individual tents as indicated.

Protocol
Shoes and visible clothing should be dark in color to harmonize with the academic garb. All graduates are expected to remain seated until the entire ceremony has ended and recess with the faculty.
