Infant Daily Schedule

7:30-9:00 Drop off, transitioning, saying good-bye and floor activities.

9:00-9:30 Morning Snack, hand washing, and prayer.

9:35-9:45 Transitioning to Music and Movement, diapering/toileting/hand washing.

9:45-10:00 Music and Movement.

10:00-10:15 Transitioning from Music and Movement to Center Activities.

10:15-11:30 Morning Centers: Free flow activities indoors and outdoors (weather permitting).

11:30-12:00 Lunch, hand washing and prayer.

12:00-2:30 Nap time, diapering, toileting, hand washing.

2:30-3:00 Afternoon Snack, hand washing, prayer.

3:00-5:30 Afternoon Centers: Indoor and Outdoor Choices and activities, pick up.

*Diapering, toileting and hand washing are a routine part of our daily schedule and happen frequently.

12:30-2:30 Nap time

2:30-3:00 Wake up, Afternoon Snack

3:00-5:30 Afternoon Centers and Activities, pick up

9:00 – 9:10	Opening Children in 3-year-old Program in Main Room One group of 4’s and Young 5’s in Creative Play Room Two groups of 4’s in Block Room
9:10 – 10:00	Center Time – Indoor and Outdoor flow. This is free choice time for the children
10:00 – 10:15	Alleluia Time 3-year-old children in Main Room Two groups of 4’s in Block Room One group of 4’s and Young 5’s in Creative Play Room
10:15 – 10:45	Outside Time for 4’s/Young 5’s – Math in Creative Play Room Snack and Music Time for 3’s Please note that the bell will ring at 10:40 for the children to come from outside so three-year-old teachers must be finishing up music at that same time.
10:45 – 11:00	Snack and Music Time for 4’s and Young 5’s Small group time for 3’s in either Creative Play Room, Block Room or Back Corner
11:10 – 11:30	Three’s Outside/Young 5’s Outside
11:10 – 11:40	Small Group Time for 4’s in either Block Room, Creative Play Room or Back Corner
11:30 – 12:00	3’s eat lunch in Main Room
11:40 – 12:25	Young 5’s will be using the Creative Play Room for Small Group.
12:10 – 12:40	Four’s and Young 5's will eat lunch.
12:40 – 1:10	Outside Time for Young 5’s (See Extended Care Schedule for younger children)
1:15 – 2:00	Inside Centers for Young 5’s
2:00 – 2:30	Share and Closing Circle
2:30 – 3:00	Outside Time

7:30 - 9:00	Guided Play (indoor and outdoor)
9:00 - 12:30	Appropriate schedule above
12:30 - 2:30	Nap/Rest Time (If your child stays for nap, it is necessary to send a blanket. A small pillow and stuffed animal are optional items. Please label all of the items with your child's name. The school provides a crib sheet for each napper. All of the nap items are sent home once a month to be laundered.)
2:30 - 3:45	Outdoor Guided Activities
3:45 - 4:00	Wash hands for snack and have snack
4:00 - 5:00	Outdoor or Indoor Time depending on the weather
5:00 - 5:30	Guided Activities
