Grande is a recipient of the American Book Award, El Premio Aztlán Literary Award and Latino Book Award.

You are invited to an author’s reception, where Grande will share her journey as an immigrant in pursuit of the American dream. Light refreshments will be served. Presentation and Q&A will be followed by book signing. Copies of The Distance Between Us will be available for purchase. Click to RSVP.
