  • Complete CTC application via the tutorial guide
    • Section 1 Personal Information
      • Complete all requested information
    • Section 2 Type of Credential
      • Create a new document (follow directions via the tutorial link provided abovve)
    • Section 3
      • Answer all questions
    • Oath and Affidavit
      • Enter information, print application, sign in blue or black ink
  • Mail completed application, a copy of official CSET results, and the CTC application fee of $72 to the CTC street address on the application (do NOT mail to the P.O. Box).

Check the CTC Online Services for Educators web page periodically to check on the application status. The process may take up to 90 days or more.

A new credential will not be issued. The new subject will be added to the existing Single Subject credential.  Teachers may wish to notify the employing school district of the added authorization to be considered for new teaching assignments.
