Mt. Clef Mechanical Building Improvements

Due to the condition and lack of access to this building the roof will be replaced and new
metal mansard installed to match what we currently have on Mt. Clef. The building will be
painted and concrete stairs added for access. (This project has been completed, see pictures
of the work done below.)
