Construction of the baseball field is now complete. The baseball
stadium is now in the permitting/design phase. |

Outside of the sod installation, the remainder of the field is
complete, with final inspection scheduled for this coming Thursday. |

Work commenced last week at baseball, and is progressing
quickly, with irrigation lines being installed currently.
The Sparky Anderson field will be open for play for the 2006
season. |

Robert Allison signed the contract for our baseball field
construction last week, and we will actually see the start of field
construction within six weeks. Concurrently, final grading
and site preparation is in progress. |

Work on the baseball field is expected to start in July
'05, and should be complete for the 2006 baseball season. |
