Ray Bowman, MSM, CGBP, is the Director of the Small Business Development Center for Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties in California. He is also the President of Bowman Business Services, which provides training and technical consulting in international trade. For more than twenty years Mr. Bowman has advised and consulted a variety of clients and government agencies on export, import, international trade, shipping, logistics and supply chain issues. He is also an Adjunct Professor of International Business, Logistics and Finance at Santa Barbara City College.
