Brad Bjelke, J.D., is Vice President and General Counsel of California Regional Multiple Listing Service, Inc., a California non-profit mutual benefit corporation. Professor Bjelke is an administrative and constitutional law scholar who has been teaching at CLU for more than 9 years.
Professor Bjelke serves as an executive at the largest multiple listing service in the United States, and is a leader in the real estate industry on matters related to MLS and association policies, MLS rules and compliance, regionalization, and data licensing. He is a frequent speaker at conferences throughout the United States where he discusses administrative law, real estate policy, and compliance.
Professor teaches courses in administrative law, local government law, Constitutional law, and environmental law.
