About

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. I attended UC Berkeley where I earned my BS in Psychology and Education. After graduating from undergrad, I was a special education teacher in Los Angeles while earning my Masters in Special Education and Teaching Credential. I attended UC Santa Barbara for my doctorate in Counseling, Clinical and School Psychology. I emphasized in School Psychology because of my passion for working with children with disabilities. Currently, I am a full-time lecturer at UC Santa Barbara in the Counseling, Clinical and School Psychology department. In addition, I work in a private practice in Camarillo, CA where I mainly conduct psychoeducational assessments and provide advocacy support. For the 2020-2021 school year, I will be a part-time school psychologist at a charter school in Thousand Oaks, CA.
