Jonathan Sundberg comes to CLU with a varied career. With years of market research experience at a leading market information firm, J.D. Power & Associates, Jonathan spends time researching and consulting to high-level administrators in the automotive industry. Jonathan continuously strives to take his business experience and apply it through innovative ways to approach education. He currently teaches Behavioral Science for Management and Organizational Theory and Development at California Lutheran University, as well as Statistics for the Behavioral Sciences at the University of La Verne. Jonathan holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from California Lutheran University and is in the process of obtaining a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University. Jonathan’s research interests are focused in career and leadership development as well as automotive product and website quality. Jonathan currently does market research for J.D. Power and Associates on high-profile studies including, but not limited to: The Initial Quality Study, The Manufacturer Website Evaluation Study, The Utility Website Evaluation Study, The Automotive Mobile Site Study, The Customer Retention Study and The Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout Study.
