From Professional Motorcycle Racer to Successful Entrepreneur

At a young age Tom Holt became a professional motorcycle racer. He tore up the tracks in South America and won many races, while breaking a few bones. Realizing he didn't want to spend his time in hospitals, he hung up his helmet, put his motorcycle pieces in a neat frame, and went back to school. In 1999 he became a proud graduate of California Lutheran University, with departmental honors in kinesiology.
 
Just as motorcycle tracks should never be straight, neither was Tom’s path. Degree in hand, he quickly changed course and built a chain of juice bars. After a successful venture in the juice business, his stomach growled for more. Inspired to make a difference, he opened his own restaurant concept known today as Urbane Cafe, where his primary goal is to make people happy!
