Profile

In additional to teaching courses in human resources management, organization development and organizational behavior in the MBA, traditional undergraduate and adult degree programs, Dr. Murphy chairs the Department of Management and Marketing for the School of Management.  Her research focuses primarily on social loafing, culture and performance in work groups.
