11 Week Graduate Program New Student Orientation
Graduate Reference Guide
The Graduate Reference Guide is a tool that assists new students in becoming familiar with CLU, various offices on campus, and the policies and procedures they will encounter during their studies.
Specifically, the reference guide outlines University information including:
- the Educational objectives of the university
- Academic policies
- And Quick facts about the university
It provides information about offices on campus such as office hours, location and the function of each office.
There is a campus map and a “cheat sheet” of abbreviations that you will find on your course schedule.
The guide also contains information regarding all the additional resources that are available to students and alumni. A few of these resources include the Fitness Center, Media Services, Career Services and Printing Services.
There is a section outlining university rules and regulations, that as students, you are expected to abide by as well as information specific to your program of study. This information may include academic planning guidelines, worksheets and course schedules.
It is strongly recommended that you review the material in the reference guide and keep this document handy as most questions you will have throughout your program of study can be answered by reviewing the contents of the guide.
