- BGLAD (Bisexuals, Gays, Lesbians, and Allies for Diversity) works to create a safe environment for LGBTQIA (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and Questioning, Intersex, Asexual and Ally) students on campus while promoting equality and the visibility of universal and campus wide LGBTQIA issues.
