Guest Speaker Grants
Faculty and Culture and Justice clubs are invited to apply for guest speaker grants. These grants are awarded on a first come first served basis. The speaker must address issues related to U.S. minority groups, international issues, or social justice.Get your application here.
Faculty Development Mini-Grants
Faculty are invited to apply for Faculty Development Mini-Grants provided by the Campus Diversity Initiative. These grants are awarded for up to $1500 until the funds are exhausted. Criteria and application is available here.
Mini-Grant Opportunities
Campus community members are invited to apply for mini-grants to help promote diversity on campus. These Campus Diversity grants are for up to $500 each. For applications and more information, please visit the Multicultural Programs Office or get it here.
Book and Video Library
A large collection of books and videos by or about minority and international populations are available for checkout by the entire campus community.We have an easy sign and go policy for all our books. We just ask that items are returned within one week. Please click here to see that complete list. Email us your recommendations for additions to our library. Donations are always welcome!
Games and Cultural Music Library
The Multicultural Programs Office has a wide variety of cultural music and board games available for check out.
Diversity Leadership Award
Each year graduating seniors select the professor who has contributed most to their understanding and appreciation of diversity. The "Diversity Professor of the Year" award is presented to this professor at the Senior Awards Banquet. In addition, graduating seniors who contribute to the learning and appreciation of diversity within the campus community are selected to receive the "Student Diversity Leadership Award" by the President's Diversity Council.
