Graduation Stoles & Pins
Each spring our Office provides multicultural stoles for graduating students at a cost of $20.00. The categories available include African American, Asian/Pacific Islander, GLBTQ, Latino, Jewish, and Native American. Graduation pins are also provided to students who studied abroad. Each pin displays a coupling of the US flag with the flag of the country where the student studied and earned university credit. Sign ups for these stoles and pins begin each February and students can request a stole or pin by coming to the office or by emailing Amanda Garcia.

In addition, graduating seniors who contribute to the learning and appreciation of diversity within the campus community are selected to receive the "Student Diversity Action Award" by faculty and administrators.
Campus community members are invited to apply for mini-grants to help promote diversity on campus. These grants are for up to $500 each. For applications visit the Multicultural Programs Office (SUB) or view the Mini-Grant Application Process 2013-2014. There is also an application for Faculty Guest Speaker Grants here.
