Exar Corporation Announces Appointment of Kevin S. Bauer as CFO
Exar Corporation (Nasdaq: EXAR) announced today that J. Scott Kamsler, has resigned from the Company as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Kevin S. Bauer, currently serving Exar as Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller, has been promoted to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
