Announcements for the week of November 21, 2016

  • Be reminded that all classes must meet on the Monday and Tuesday of this Thanksgiving week and all classes must meet during finals week. Failure to do so is a violation of federal regulations on the minimum required amount of class meeting time. Note: there are no TUG classes on Wed., Nov. 23 (the day before Thanksgiving), however, it is a reading day, so an assignment should be given.
     
  • SAVE THE DATE:  All faculty are invited to the annual Faculty Holiday Reception, hosted by the Provost's Office, Fri., Dec. 2, 4-6pm, at the home of Terry Spehar-Fahey, 4372 Clearwood Rd., Moorpark. Significant others are welcome to attend! Bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate to the Professionals Toy Drive!

  • Illustrating Science and Digital ImaginingSolo Art Show by Tim Hengst(Multimedia), Conejo Valley Art Museum, Janss Market Place, Suite, 193C, Thousand Oaks, through Feb. 5, 2017. Opening reception will be held Sat., Dec. 3, 5-7pm. The show features 28 original pieces of medical illustration and 32 pieces in the fine art area of digital collage.
