  • 2017 Faculty Winter Retreat, Tues., Jan. 17, 8:45am-1:30pm, LundringJoin your esteemed Cal Lutheran colleagues as we prepare for a new semester by engaging in pedagogical activities. The theme of this year's event is Beyond the Lecture: Active Learning Inside and Outside the Classroom. Topics will include conflict resolution and role-playing in the classroom. Participants will have the opportunity to take field trips, visit the SEEd Garden and learn of yoga pedagogy.  Please come casual! Wear comfortable clothes and good shoes. Faculty may also be interested in the interfaith panel on the 500th anniversary of the Lutheran Reformation, which will be held at the MLA Convention in January 2017.
