For Admitted Professionals Students
1. MyCLU Email
Your CLU email will be your official contact email for correspondence from University offices. Access your MyCLU email account at callutheran.edu/myclu. It is strongly recommended that you change your password.
2. Request Official Transcripts
Request official transcripts from all other colleges and universities attended. Mail transcripts to:

In order to be fully admitted to the program and to be eligible for financial aid, we must receive your official transcripts from each prior institution attended. Official transcripts must be received prior to the end of your first term in order for you to be eligible to register for the following term.
3. Financial Aid
These steps are required before any type of aid is awarded:
- Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
- Complete the Cal Lutheran Professionals Financial Aid Application
Financial aid awards and notifications will be sent to your CLU email address. Please check your email often so that you do not miss important information.
If you are eligible for Veterans Benefits, you should fill out the VA form and submit it with your certificate of eligibility from the VA.
4. Payment Arrangements
Make arrangements for tuition payment with the Student Accounts Office. You will be billed each term for registered courses and fees. Tuition is due at the beginning of each term. To view your student account bill please login to MyCLU. Arrange for full payment of tuition and fees, or sign up for a payment plan.

5. Employer Reimbursement
Students who receive tuition reimbursement from their employer may delay payment for up to six weeks after the last day of the term. (Learn more.)
6. Course Registration
For your first term in the program, you will need to work with your Admission Counselor to process your registration. Please complete the course registration form and return via email or fax. If you need course suggestions, please contact your Admission Counselor.
7. Course Syllabi
Your course syllabi will serve as your guide to your classes. Syllabi are posted prior to the start of the term, and are available for download online.
8. RSVP for New Student Orientation
Refer to the Orientation flyer in your Admission Packet. To RSVP, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
