Through an intentional and creative blend of theory and evaluation of application, you will acquire and practice supervision and leadership skills which are applied in organizations such as non-profit agencies, large and small business settings, government agencies, and professional and social services.

Once you complete the Organizational Leadership degree, you will have acquired the leadership skills employers value — effective communication, critical thinking, collaborative team building, and complex leadership problem solving. Organizational Leadership graduates learn:
