Reduction of Charges

CLU does not automatically drop students from a class if they register but do not attend.

Undergraduate

Traditional Undergraduate Program

Withdrawal during:
first and second week of the semester–20% charge.
third and fourth week of semester–60% charge.
fifth week-80% charge.
Withdrawal after the fifth week–no reduction.

ADEP and Graduate

Education and Psychology

Withdrawal after:
1 class meeting - no charge
2 class meetings - 20% charge
3 class meetings - 40% charge
4 class meetings - 60% charge
5 class meeting - no reduction

ADEP, MBA, MPPA, MSCS, Post MBA

Withdrawal during:
first through the third week of class - no charge
Withdrawal after the third class meeting - no reduction
Admission fees are not refundable.

Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership

Withdrawal during:
first and second week of the semester–20% charge.
third and fourth week of semester–60% charge.
fifth week-80% charge.
Withdrawal after the fifth week–no reduction.

Board

Board refunds are made on a proportionate basis computed from the date the student leaves campus.

Room

No refund is made for room once classes have started.

Fees

Other fees are not subject to refund.

PLEASE NOTE: All financial obligations must be met before academic records can be released. Registration for an upcoming semester will not be accepted until financial obligations are met for the previous semester.
