Transcript Requests
To order a transcript:
- Stop by the Registrar's office and fill out a request form
- Download the Transcript Request Form below, fill it out and mail it in with the appropriate fees. Or if you prefer, fax the form to 805-493-3104 and call the business office at 805-493-3173 to charge the appropriate fee. The fee schedule for faxed requests is listed below.

Be sure to include the following information:
Full name (maiden and other names, as well)
Home/Mailing Address
Telephone Number
Social Security Number
Date of Birth
Years attended
Whether or not a degree was awarded from CLU
Whether or not you are waiting on a particular grade/degree posting
How many copies are needed and where they are to be sent
Signature
Transcript Fees
A Regular transcript request and payment that is received via mail or in person is $5.00 per transcript. The request will be processed in 3 to 5 days in the order received. This is the fee located on the transcript request form. All other requests require additional fees (see below).
Note: Unofficial transcripts are available free of charge for current students. For all other students there is a $4 dollar fee if request is mailed in or made in person, and a $15 dollar fee if FAXed.
Faxed Transcript Requests
A Regular transcript request received via FAX is $15.00, for the first copy and $5.00 for every additional copy ordered at the same time. The request will be processed within 24 hours.
Rush via mail
A Rush transcript request received via mail or in person is $15.00 for the first copy and $5.00 for every additional copy ordered at the same time. The request will be processed within 24 hours, excluding peak request times.
The University reserves the right to withhold grade reports or transcripts if the student has financial obligations to the University that are unmet.
