Submit a Workorder
If you are experiencing a maintenance issue with your room, click here to submit a workorder to our facilities department. Your login ID is your room number. You do not need a password. Make sure to choose the client "CLU."
Important Dates
July 31
For returning students this is the last day to cancel housing and receive only a $100.00 cancel fee. August 1st on, if you cancel your housing you will lose your entire $195.00 housing deposit.
September 5
Last day to change your meal plan for the Fall semester.
December 19
All traditional undergraduate students who do not live in Mogen, Kramer Court, University Houses, or Grace Hall must be out of the hall by 5pm.
January 5
All housing deposits and housing applications for new students are due.
January 12
New students will be able to find out where they are living on campus.
January 18
All students may move back into the residence halls starting at 9am.
