The attached checklist is for your use only in keeping track of all the elements of your application for admission. When you apply online, you will be able to check the status of the elements within your application.
- Completed Online Application , including $25.00 non-refundable application fee and personal statement
- Official Transcripts
- For International Students: An official copy of the test results of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
- Three professional letters of recommendation (two for certificate applicants)
- GMAT or requirements completed to waive GMAT
