Current Healthcare Legislation

I am sure everyone as heard/seen information and discussion regarding the current healthcare legislation that is working its way through the House and the Senate. I would like to be able to learn more about this from a non partisan prospective. I would like to be able to review the facts and then begin to formulate my own opinions. So much of what is out there seems to be from a very left or very right perspective and it often times seems as if the one who talks the loudest is heard. I am hoping someone out there might be able to point me in a direction for information. Specific areas of interest to me are: cost, funding, impact on the budget, impact on low, middle and high income classes, impact on current employer sponsored healthcare plans, etc.
