Transfer Agreement

Master in Business Administration-Financial Planning

Completion of the UC-Irvine Certificate in Personal Financial Planning or the Personal Financial Planning Accelerated Program equates to graduate credits in the California Lutheran University (CLU) MBA Financial Planning degree, under the following stipulations:

The required certificate courses (30 credits ) and any combination of two electives (3.5 credits or more) totaling 33.5 quarter credits earns their certificate.

UC IRVINE EXTENSION CERTIFICATE IN PERSONAL FINANCIAL PLANNING ACCELERATED PROGRAM

The required courses (20 credits) are eligible for transfer to CLU, Institute of Finance program in Financial Planning upon admission.

A grade of "B" or better must be earned in all coursework from the UC Irvine Extension Certificate in Personal Financial Planning or UC Irvine Extension Certificate in Personal Financial Planning Accelerated Program to be eligible for transfer into the CLU MBA Financial Planning Degree.

Meeting the above requirements makes one eligible for transfer to CLU, Institute of Finance program in Financial Planning upon admission.

The following courses will be transferred in for the MBA (Financial Planning) degree for all UC Irvine Extension Certificate in PFP or the Accelerated PFP programs.
